Our certified stretch specialist, Brooke Turner, provides 25-minute and 50-minute one-on-one sessions that are completely tailored to your body’s needs. Brooke takes into account your current goals, lifestyle, and training demands to develop a personalized stretching plan that helps improve movement quality, reduce muscle tension, and prevent injury.
With 1.5 years of experience as a Stretch Therapist at StretchLab, Brooke has worked with clients of all ages (10–70+) and activity levels, helping them move better, recover faster, and perform their best.
