           Cassidy Davis began her softball journey at just five years old and went on to achieve what most young athletes only dream of. A graduate of Florida State University, Cassidy helped lead the Seminoles to a National Championship in 2018, a National Runner-Up title in 2021, and three ACC Conference Championships. She finished her collegiate career ranked eighth all-time in home runs at FSU and held the school record for career relief appearances.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           What inspired you to become a part of Diesel?

            I was motivated to join Diesel when my daughter, Lily, started catching with Mat Nelson. He suggested she give Diesel a try. She did and loved it. I liked that their workouts were sports-specific and customized to the athlete's goals. I also saw firsthand the results Lily and Mat were both gaining from working out there. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           What were your initial goals when you first started working with Diesel?

           Honestly, I have been running and doing yoga for years, and I was ready to switch things up, add weights back into my routine, and build more muscle. So I figured, why not try it for myself?

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           What have been some of your most significant accomplishments since joining Diesel?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Since joining Diesel, one of my most significant accomplishments has been hiking Camel Back Mountain and Devil's Bridge in Arizona. Diesel prepared me from a strength and cardio perspective, but I may or may not have had a mini panic attack after I thought I was going to slide down the side of the mountain. I like to do at-sea-level activities. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           What were your initial goals when you first started working with Diesel?

           When I first started Diesel, I wanted to improve my flexibility and coordination, as these are key attributes for throwing harder.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           What have been some of your most significant accomplishments since joining Diesel?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Since joining Diesel, I have seen significant change in my body and athleticism as a whole. I have improved in each desired area, specifically my flexibility and mobility.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;

           What do you enjoy most about being a member of Diesel?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           I enjoy the competitive environment that Diesel has to offer; it motivates athletes to push themselves faster than ever before while making some friends along the way
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
